FAQ

Honest answers to
real questions.

We've tried to answer the questions we actually get — not a list of softball softballs. If you can't find what you're looking for, just send us a message.

What is the minimum rental period?+

Our minimum rental is 5 nights. We find anything shorter doesn't give you enough time to truly experience Andalusia at a campervan pace. Most guests book between 7 and 14 nights.

What insurance is included?+

All rentals include comprehensive third-party liability insurance and collision damage waiver (CDW) with a standard excess. You can reduce the excess to zero by adding our Premium Protection package at the time of booking.

Is mileage unlimited?+

Yes — completely unlimited. We believe road trips should be spontaneous, not anxious. Drive as far as your adventure takes you, with no hidden per-kilometre charges.

Are pets allowed?+

Yes, well-behaved dogs are welcome at no extra charge. We ask that you bring a cover for the bed area and return the van in the same clean condition. Please declare your pet when booking.

Where can I pick up and drop off?+

We operate throughout Andalusia — pickup and drop-off location is agreed at the time of booking. We can meet you in Seville, Málaga, or another convenient location across the region. Airport collection is also available.

Do you offer airport pickup?+

Yes. We offer meet-and-greet collection at Seville Airport (SVQ) and Málaga Airport (AGP). Share your flight details when booking and we'll make sure the van is ready when you land.

What's included in the campervan?+

Everything you need: fresh bedding, pillows, towels, full kitchen kit (pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, utensils), camp chairs, folding table, awning, gas, fresh water tank, and our printed Andalusia road trip guide with insider tips from Luis.

Can I drive to Portugal?+

Absolutely. Portugal is one of our most popular add-ons. The Algarve, Alentejo coast, and Lisbon are all within easy reach. Just let us know your plans when booking and we'll update the insurance documents. No extra charge.

Can I take the ferry to Morocco?+

Unfortunately Morocco is not currently covered under our insurance policy. You're welcome to park the van in Tarifa and take a day trip across the Strait on foot — it's a fantastic experience. If you want a guided Morocco tour combined with your campervan trip, ask us about our guided tour options.

What is the deposit and cancellation policy?+

A 25% deposit confirms your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before pickup. Cancellations more than 30 days in advance receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the deposit. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
